• Re-balance sash weights to ensure smooth operation of both top and bottom sash windows

• Assess condition of the top and bottom sash

• Renovate and repair top and bottom sashes, remove excess paint and repairing any damage putty where needed​

​

• Install concealed draught proofing system within the staff and parting bead

​

• Undercoat all exposed woodwork and caulk beading leaving the window ready for the decorator 

​

• Fit new centre catch, sash-lifts and window locks as directed by the customer
